The Preserve’s Main Dining Room

Double Barrel Steak at The Preserve showcases modern American steakhouse-inspired cuisine crafted by a world-renowned chef. The menu features beef dry aged on-site via a unique Himalayan salt process. As a nod to Rhode Island’s “Ocean State” moniker, the menu features “ocean steaks,” including swordfish, halibut and tuna. The variety of entrées also includes famous swordfish chops – a global sensation when introduced at New York City’s Park Avenue Café in the early 1990s – will dub Double Barrel Steak a seafood restaurant and steakhouse. In homage to The Preserve’s outdoor experiences, game will also play a seasonal role on the menu.

Double Barrel Steak is open to the public.

Please note: The Clubhouse and Double Barrel Steak require a resort casual dress code. Men must wear collared shirts and closed toe footwear. Flip Flops, sneakers, t-shirts, tank tops, sweatpants, yoga pants, sweatshirts, ripped jeans, shorts, bathing suits and cover-ups are not permitted in the Clubhouse.
